Who operates RoleArrow
RoleArrow is a product of Westforge Holdings Inc. RoleArrow provides job discovery, career intelligence, employer listing tools, and browser-saved candidate preparation features.
Information you provide
Depending on how you use RoleArrow, you may choose to provide:
- Email addresses for job or product updates.
- Employer contact and job listing information.
- Payment-related information handled through Stripe for paid listings.
ApplyReady browser storage
Current ApplyReady profile drafts, resume readiness, saved jobs, and application tracker information are stored in your browser. RoleArrow does not upload your resume file through the current ApplyReady tools. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser or device may make that locally saved information unavailable.
Job applications
Many RoleArrow listings direct you to an employer or recruiting site. Information you submit on those external sites is governed by the privacy practices of the site receiving your application.
Service providers
RoleArrow may use service providers for hosting, database operations, payment processing, and other infrastructure required to operate the service. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services.
Data sharing and sales
RoleArrow does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service, or to service providers supporting RoleArrow operations.
Security
RoleArrow uses technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid submitting sensitive information that is not required for the feature they are using.
